Set under soaring ceilings with fans languidly circling above, the restaurant and its adjoining terraces are the venues for a relaxed, yet refined a la carte dining experience. Start with drinks by the fireplace in the adjoining lounge or by the courtyard fountain on a balmy summer evening. Guests as well as visitors can enjoy lunch and dinner seven days at Tower Lodge.

Drawing fresh local produce from a community of local Hunter Valley producers and growers, as well as from the Hope family’s own Angus cattle farms in the lush green pastures of the Upper Hunter, the menu is a culinary experience of the region best shared with a loved one, or with family and friends around the table.

Within view - or easy walking distance - is the kitchen garden where the kitchen and gardening teams tend to a growing section of edibles including herbs greens and native ingredients. Just across the way is a pasture home to the Hope’s own very local Angus cattle.

If you haven't already been to Tower Lodge, you MUST go! Everything ... from the welcome to the end of the experience ... just magical. The ambience was perfect in the almost Mediterranean style surroundings. The food exquisite and the service excellent.

Great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend finishing off your dinner with a glass of the rare tawny port.

Was an incredible experience. The food was out of this world, and the venue was amazing! Would recommend it if you're in the Hunter Valley or planning to visit. The staff were also fantastic. Amity and Brooke were incredible!

Steak is chewing gum, and chef just finding excuses for it and told me its perfect, i cannot even cut it bu knife and servor told me cuz knife is blunt, the menu shows that steak need to pay 75aud extra, but finally charge me 185 for a nightmare steak

From the moment we walked in we felt very welcome our waiter Ben explained everything so well & was very helpful & his wine selection was spot on. We had the 3 course Lunch with Family & friends. The food was superb for all 3 dishes. Our group could not fault anything at all with the food or service. We would 100% recommend the Tower Lodge Restaurant & we will most certainly return.10/10.

This was our first time visiting. Beautiful location. Interior was stunning. It was lovely and quiet with only a few quests dining. Food was delicious. The waiter was friendly and a few good conversations. Couldn't fault it. Thanks for a great anniversary dinner.

Absolutely stunning venue and the staff were so polite, happy and welcoming. The food was divine, we didn't have to wait long and the music just made it feel incredibly peaceful and high class. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone!
