Our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality is exemplified in The Ambassador Training Restaurant. Hospitality and Culinary students practise and develop their skills in the restaurant, creating memorable meals and service in a modern setting.

Students are given the chance to produce a fine dining menu at the Ambassador that offers modern Australian cuisine with an international flair, and an extensive wine list which provides an excellent choice of remarkable Australian wines.

The last dinner was very confusing for all diners as it was in a different room without anyone being told. We had to find a staff member to find where the dinner was. Trying to book a dinner extremely difficult always booked out it appears even before the email is sent. We are very long time diners but now are unable to book, a date because all dates already booked when we open the email there are no available dates. We would readily recommend the experience to friends but can't.

Was a very friendly atmosphere with all the students trying hard to do a good job. The food was excellent- generous serves!
