Between the 80s glam rock music and a table of a small boys the noise level was off the charts. The menu and food is good. Service really nice. I just couldn’t tell if it wants to be a bar or a restaurant. One point - tuna tartar is raw not cooked in citrus - that’s ceviche.

Beautiful evening we sat outside !. Had crab cakes,octopus,steak it sandwich and fish tacos! Everything was delicious. Ernesto was great answered all our questions. So glad this resturant is back- Seaford is lucky to have it.

The food here was very disappointing. I ordered the chicken parmesan, which was so tough I needed a steak knife to cut it, and it tasted completely dry like cardboard. Despite being advertised as a waterfront restaurant, it is actually situated on the corner of a residential neighborhood along a narrow canal, looking directly into neighbors' yards. The outdoor seating is extremely limited to just three tables. The atmosphere feels much more like a local neighborhood dive than a dining establishment, and the high praise in other reviews does not match the reality of the cuisine. It functions much better as a local bar with its multiple screens rather than a destination for a good meal. Do not come here expecting fine waterfront dining or high-quality cuisine. Best avoided unless you are just stopping by for a drink.

We are not from Seaford but were looking for something close to Jones Beach Theater for a pre show dinner and we are extremely happy we found the White Whale. The food was amazing and service was just right. Everyone was very nice and we even got to eat outside on the canal. Overall 5 stars for food and service.

Please disregard all my ratings. The biggest problem was OpenTable allowed me to book it on a Tuesday. They were not open so you need to update your records. Thank you.

Food is excellent and outdoor seating sounds attractive, but is looking out on a reclaimed park (landfill). bring a sweater for dinner time.

Onion soup had no onion, order Johnny Walker, black neat ice on the side they charge a six dollar up fee so the drink end up costing $25 ordered fish and chips. The fish was greasy would not go back. I would not recommend this restaurant.
