Starting Sunday, March 1st, join us every Sunday for an à la carte rooftop brunch at The Willard, served from 12pm to 4pm. Enjoy brunch favorites with our signature twist, from Eggs Florentine to Crab Cake Sandwiches, all paired with stunning skyline views. Our regular menu will also be available. We will be joined by a special guest speaker, who will be leading a guided tasting surrounding a fan favorite in the bourbon connoisseurs collection. Penelope Bourbon was crafted and created in a classic American tradition – to celebrate an impending birth of a child. Started in 2018 with partners Mike Paladini and Danny Polise. Named after our Founder's son, Cooper takes our straight whiskeys on a world tour, pairing Penelope with wine casks from the finest wine making regions. From France to Hungary to Spain, we've married unique casks with our whiskey to create truly memorable flavor profiles.
