Eric was our waiter, he was great. Food was excellent! Highly recommend the tuna, although everything was delicious and top notch . I’ll definitely be back.

Staff, music and of course the food were outstanding. We had the baked oysters, French onion soup and "Stinky cheese burger". The most relaxed dining we have had had in a long time. Strong COVID protocols are in place.

We Love going to Theo's! Best Steak in town! And you cant beat Half-price Wine Wednesdays. Everyone at Theo's is so wonderful and always remember what wines we have tasted (even when we don't!) Please come try Theo's! Everyone at Ocean Glass Inn loves Theo's!

We visit Rehoboth several times a year and just discovered Theo’s. While it was our first visit, it won’t be our last! Theo’s is a new favorite place and we’ll be stopping for a meal every time we’re in town. Great service, wonderful food and wine, what’s not to love?

Our server, Anthony, was great! We had a delicious NY Strip steak with side of sautéed spinach. There were a few salads on the menu, but I would have liked to see more vegetable-forward appetizers and sides. Would definitely go back for a special occassion!

Excellent BBQ Shrimp Louisiana style with sauce to die for. Best Burgers and steaks in Delaware. Can’t go wrong here.

Our server was excellent, attentive and fun. All of the food was wonderful (I do wish the tempura green beans had a tempura coating vs the fried that they were, but, they were still very good), and my son enjoyed his birthday there.

Had an amazing “first dinner inside at a restaurant since being vaccinated” experience at Theo’s. Great food, drinks, and wonderful friendly and attentive service. Will definitely be back!!

This restaurant was great. The service was on point, everything was delicious. I was very impressed. I loved the ambiance as well. Definitely a great date night spot. The filet mignon and New York strip were to die for. The salmon and grits were also amazing, they have something for everyone here! I particularly loved our waitress, she was adorable and so friendly. Great martinis and wine selection

My friends and I really enjoyed burger night. It was a first visit for them and they all raved about the burgers, fried pickles and the amazing service!

Had a very awesome first time dining in got lots of help from bartender/manager with suggested drinks to order will recommend to anyone visiting out of town in the summer and winter times

We try to support local restaurants and usually dine out in Lewes where we live. Decided to try Theo's since it was a little bit more upscale for Valentine's Day. All the food was great, one of the better Onion soup gratinees we've had. The Chateaubriand was wonderful, cooked just the way we wanted it. The potatoes and green beans were terrific. If I had a complaint, it would be that they were a little stingy with the bearnaise sauce. Decent wine list and a very good Cosmo. One should share the desserts, easily enough for two-at least the brownie sundae was and it looked like the others I saw being served were big portions. Our server was excellent, showed up when needed made sure our wine came just after we finished our cocktails. The food offerings were nicely spaced, no long waits or feelings of being rushed either. Definitely a restaurant to return to, would like to try their burger and the shrimp and grits, a personal favorite. The music ( whoever programs it should get a gold star) was perhaps a little loud for my taste, but I wear hearing aids and noisy environments are tough for me even with the ability to adjust with my phone.

Valentine Day's meal at Theo's was another home run. In these difficult times Theo's is an oasis for the soul. Try the Wild Diver fresh shucked oysters! So sweet. Meatloaf is so great on a cold night. Drinks done perfectly....Manhattan up....Great salad. Was busy but service was attentive and friendly. Emily, Curtis (I think that was his name), Michelle....great team. Go to Theo's!

Best steaks we’ve had in a long time. Great food service and vibe. We will definitely be back!

Our 2nd time there and just as pleased as the first visit! Good service, comfortable spacing of tables, food and drinks are awesome.

Valentines dinner. Highlights: ordered fried Brussels sprouts as an appetizer - excellent! Bread basket: lavash bread - awesome, pretzel rolls with mustard - excellent too. “Stinky” burger/fries - also excellent. Quality of filet mignon- excellent. Lowlights: wine by the glass list only fair in quality and variety. Filet ordered medium rare with Bearnaisse sauce - arrived medium with a half “pat” of the $3 sauce - disappointing. Final verdict - mixed.

Although I love the steaks, their salmon special is delicious! It changes weekly and I have enjoyed each one I have tried. Also loving the new pretzel/bread starter.
We can’t say enough about the great service, we can’t wait until it’s open at 100%!

At least our 4th time at Theos. Dined with friends who had never been before. They absolutely loved it. Was 1/2 price burger night which they raved about and said not only delicious but perfectly cooked medium rare as ordered. Fries are awesome. I had the new horseradish crusted salmon that was phenomenal and my husband for the second time had the turkey dinner which is as good as it gets. Their mashed potatoes are the best in town. The menu has something for everyone and we’ve never had anything we didn’t like. Wait staff and manager very attentive and friendly. Our go to restaurant for sure.

The food was outstanding and the portion very generous. We had an outstanding waitress and the overall ambiance was good. We shared the chateaubriand which was excellent. Don't skip the dessert.

Great place for dates.

First of all I love the blue cheese olives they put in my martini!!! Everything was fantastic, the best steaks around for sure! As always the service is awesome and we love the vibe!

Food was excellent. Waiter, Eric was attentive but not overly pushy. Eric and the manager remembered it was our wedding anniversary.
