We had high hopes for this new restaurant, but our experience was disappointing from start to finish. Despite having a confirmed OpenTable reservation for six, the restaurant had no record of it upon arrival. Service was extremely slow. It took about 25 minutes just to receive water. Our queso fundido arrived without serving plates or drinks, and by the time those were brought, the cheese had cooled and hardened. The tableside guacamole we ordered never arrived. The biggest issue came when a guest found a hair inside their enchilada. Mistakes happen, but we were surprised that the dish was still included on the bill and had to request that it be removed. We understand that new restaurants can experience growing pains, but reservation issues, poor service, missing items, and food quality concerns made for a very disappointing evening. We hope management addresses these problems quickly because Pasadena diners have plenty of excellent alternatives.

Nice location friendly staff. Ordered got our food and drinks and had to constantly flag down staff for more drinks or water. Server did not stop by to check on the table. Ordered hot sauce and was charged 3.00 Ordered 1 extra flour tortilla and was charged 3.00 for 1. Not what you would expect when you are spending over 100 for 2 people in a meal.

First time and was pleasantly surprise. Food and drinks were outstanding and service was friendly and attentive although servers were very busy. Highly recommend giving it a try. Nice to have another excellent Mexican option in Old Town.

Our waiter was terrific and the staff was friendly and inviting. We all loved the carne asada and shrimp on the fajita platter. But the supreme nachos and birria tacos were also a hit. Happy to see a new restaurant in the area. It will be a success!
