This place gets worse every time. We were in town for the Santa Barbara rodeo and decided to give it another try. I always get the chicken fried steak, which was subpar this time. The salad made my boyfriend sick. It was closed for many many years and have a lot of deferred maintenance. The places being eaten by termites and needs some serious renovations. Last time we were there it was raining and all of the skylights were leaking. Flooding the entire restaurant and bathrooms We will probably not be going back.

Beautiful interior, very good attentive service, full menu with lots of choices. For Mother's Day presented all mothers with a red rose. They need to work on the parking lot as it can get crowded quickly.

Great location for group or team dinners. Location has a large fireplace with a sitting area in the dining area that you can visit while looking over the menu.

The service was exemplary! There were 8 adults and the server did not miss a beat. He was attentive without being intrusive and even anticipated our needs before we did. I did not get his name, but he is one of the best servers in all of Santa Barbara. I only dropped the overall from outstanding because of the parking lot. It is not paved and there are no lines for parking spaces. Because it is stones and dirt it is rough for people with wheelchairs and walkers.
