This was not our first visit we've been here several times figure I might as well leave them a good review since every time we come it's the same experience great food great service all around great experience every cook that you get there does a great job and always entertainingall

Reservations are a joke, we got sat over an hour passed our reservation time. We got sat down and it took another 15 to get our drinks ORDERED and over 30 minutes for drinks to actually arrive to the table. Food was okay but for the price I would expect better meat quality. Was very disappointed.

Overall I would go back to try again, I think they were short staffed so service definitely suffered. Service was just very poor, 2nd round drink took over 20 minutes to arrive and it was just sitting at the bar, sushi roll came out after we were almost done with our entree and we ordered it as an app. Drinks are generous and fairly priced, food was delicious and ambiance was nice.

Arrived 10minutes before reservation and waited 20minutes to be told that my reservation was moved an hour back because supposedly I had called to moved it when I was already at the location. Customer service was bad I ended up leaving and went to Benihana as I always have. Not worth the hassle bad experience never going there again.

There were a few drunk men at the bar extremely belligerent using foul language loudly. Attempting to fight each other. Disturbing the entire restaurant.

Our dining experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The service was lacking because our server was not attentive. We repeatedly had to flag him down just to request drink refills, and our bar drinks took an unusually long time to arrive. Our salad and soup were served almost at the same time the chef came to our table, making the meal feel rushed and unorganized. Unfortunately, the chef made the experience even worse. He was rude, didn't offer the standard introduction, and seemed like he didn't want to be there. He cooked everyone's food in about 30 minutes, but the quality suffered because of how rushed everything was. The food was bland, he didn't add butter to the rice or chicken, didn't mix the meat into the fried rice as expected, and quickly tossed the food onto our plates with very little care. While entertainment isn't the most important part of hibachi, there was virtually none. There was no volcano onion, no interaction with the guests, no enthusiasm, and no effort to make the experience enjoyable. The chef looked miserable the entire time, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Overall, we left feeling like we paid for a hibachi experience but received a rushed meal with poor service, bland food, and an unfriendly chef. We won't be returning and would not recommend this location based on our experience.
