We had a great dinner at Tupelo Honey last night. Our bartender was awesome and gave us great recommendations for both food and drinks. The food took a little while to come out, but she gave us a heads-up when we ordered, which we appreciated. The catfish special was so good I hope y’all put it on the regular menu. The biscuits were amazing, and the chicken tenders were delicious. We would’ve liked the okra a little crispier, but overall we really enjoyed our meal.

We had a reservation for 11:30, but then we got there early at 11 and they wouldn’t seat us even though there were several empty tables. I’ve gotten the blueberry cold foam iced coffee before, and this time it was incredibly sweet and they put way too many pumps of sweetener. Also, my friend’s chicken tenders were cold. I usually love this restaurant so not sure what happened :(

Hi , thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and bringing this to our attention. I am sorry your food fell below the high standards we have for our made-from-scratch Southern dishes. We would love to have you back in if you are willing to give us another chance.

Service and our server was great! Food was delicious. Coffee and water stayed refilled. The playlist for the house music was also spot on 👌🏼 we were there Sunday 11/1 morning at 9am.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and have always loved the food, which is why I drove an hour to bring a friend here this past weekend. Unfortunately, the experience was a huge disappointment. We were seated in the middle of the dining floor at a table that hadn't been cleaned properly, and the service was overall very poor—I'm not sure if our waitress was new, but things felt completely disorganized. The manager was kind enough to replace my meal, which I appreciated, but the food quality and overall standard fell far short of what I’ve come to expect. I'm really disappointed given the effort we made to visit.

We're truly sorry your visit was such a disappointment. We appreciate your long-time loyalty and that you drove an hour to bring a friend. It is unacceptable that your table was not cleaned and that service felt disorganized. We're glad the manager stepped in, and we understand that the food quality still fell short. Please contact us so we can learn more about your experience.

Hadn't been there for a long time. All 3 of us ordered the lunch combo. I'm speaking for mine only as no one said anything about theirs. My chicken tenders were 3 tiny pieces that were heavily breaded and dried out. The salad was fine except it was all uncut spiky baby lettuces that are hard to eat in public. I was very disappointed. Our server was excellent!
