Union 30 celebrates the rich history of the former St. Louis Union Trust Company. As well as, the building’s numerical spot on the city’s landmark list. Drawing inspiration from singular St. Louis culinary traditions, the menu brings together comfort food and innovation for creative takes on hometown favorites. Classic and clever cocktails, an extensive craft beer selection, local spirits, and American wines are graciously served and complete the experience within a gorgeous and festive space in the heart of the city.

The Famous Barr Onion Soup was OUTSTANDING!! It is so amazing to to be taken back in time to having a quality food product being remembered and served exactly as it was so many years ago! Our dinners were also delicious and our server and bartender were top notch and friendly. The hotel lobby is also in a magnificent historic building rich in St Louis history and restored to perfection. I highly recommend this gem!

There food didn’t have any seasoning. Not simple salt and pepper. Brussels sprouts were way undercooked. And not enough food to take home especially for the price

Made me guarantee reservation with credit card and then we got there and the restaurant was EMPTY on a Saturday night. Like one other table the whole time we were there. Very odd vibe. Waiter was kind and attentive but very strange atmosphere. In the lobby of a hotel.
