Decidimos cenar en up y la verdad que la experiencia fue excepcional. Las vistas a dalt vila una maravilla, la comida buenísima, cócteles riquísimos y como no, el servicio de 10. L@s chic@s super atent@s, profesionales y simpátic@s. Sin duda alguna volveremos y 100x100 recomendable.

Fuí a tomar algo con mi chico para celebrar mi cumpleaños y disfrutamos mucho el momento. Las vistas son preciosas y la atención por parte de los camareros fue estupenda. Al subir nos atendió una chica llamada Mónica que nos acompañó amablemente a la mesa donde nos sirvió un chico llamado Carlos, y nos trató muy bien además de ser muy simpático. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que vaya a Ibiza que pase por aquí. los cocteles estaban buenísimos.

View of old town. No bay views a bit dull as no DJ on the roof and music very soft lacks atmosphere unlike the usual standard roof top.

Originally fireworks was advertised as between 8-1030 as a draw for dinner. They came on at midnight They add on a 10% gratuity onto everything without any service to match. Either they’re understaffed or it’s just poor service. Servers are nowhere to be found ever. Always have to be hunted down

A big paella but there was just like mussels, it was all about rice. It wasn’t one the BEST paella that I had in my life but I created big expectations. The place is very beautiful, the staff also, specially to Jose, but I think the kitchen must improve the quality of thei paella, for me, what a shame. But it’s okay, nowadays I don’t expect anything from anywhere, even for a 5 star hotel

Incredible view, all staff on site were very kind and friendly. Food menu has great options, the tempura tacos are amazing, and the hand rolls are really good. Loved the cocktails.

Scenery was stunning, location was perfect, food was superb. Next time I goto Ibiza I will definitely be either staying at that hotel or at least visiting the rooftop bar again. UP is a little gem in the heart of Ibiza. The view is just stunning! Monica and her team went above and beyond, amazing cocktails ( you must try them all!) and authentic Mexican food with many vegan options. Keep going guys!

Beautiful location and exquisite furnishings overlooking the old town. Unfortunately the wait for drinks and food was not great. Food was good but heavily overpriced for what it was. Such a shame it didn’t match up to its London counterpart. Worth going for the view but boy you’ll pay for it.

Great space, well located, great service, food & drinks were excellent, slight gripe it took the staff more than 30 mins to clear our plates once we had finished eating, other than that it was a wonderful experience.

The service is in general really poor at The Standard. The staff on the floor definitely needs training. They don’t look to their guests and miss out on sales like this..and of course customer experience is not as good. Food was wonderful though. And it came fast. So kitchen is working well.
