This was our first time here. Do NOT bother going. The food was bad, the service was worse and management was horrific.

I really enjoyed our waiter, but the whole dinner took about 2 hours. Strange mix of customers - many customers seemed to be repeat customers who were aware of the slow service. The inside seems to be under renovation which creates for a strange atmosphere.

Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. They bumped our outdoor reservation to inside for a new party of 25 - who came and left in 30 min as the service was so slow. We waited for nearly hour and a half and got entree before appetizers. Several tables simply got up and left in middle of dinner. Some left money. Others didn’t even bother. Really no clue what was going on. No one even acknowledged. We actually felt terrible for the few new staff. We left some money on the table and left ourselves as no one was around to speak to. Very odd experience. Food we had was not bad. Guess it’s a staffing and managing problem.

We ordered the "famous" burrata appetizer dish, as describer by the waiter. When it arrived we had no burrata on the plate so I asked "Where's the burrata" the waiter said it's on there you see the mozzarella in the middle? We went on to eat it even though we knew he must be wrong but he insisted it was right. We then saw the burrata appetizer pass by and we asked the waiter" isnt that the burrata appetizer?" He proceeded to say "yes but you have the italian antipasto dish I hope you enjoyed it?" We were shocked, we asked him that question now he changed his tune. We let it go then my meal came and they substituted cavitelli for orcchietta pasta without ever letting me know, not to mention my meal was luke warm. I sent it back and asked to speak to the manager. The waiter then lied to the manager and said we never told him about the burrata mistake until after we ate half the appetizer sent out. In the end the manager told us all about this instead of just handling the issue, seemed unprofessional. He took my meal off(which i sent back) and the appetizer. My wife and I walked out thoroughly disappointed. Side note - even though they have this beautiful picture of a bar atmosphere, there's NO LIQUOR LICENSE! So deceiving. Dont go here, stay away.
