Loved our entire experience at Vine and Plate. Went for my birthday dinner with my husband and we shared quite a few dishes and loved all of them. 10 out of 10 - definitely recommend ♥️

Very pricey for the small plates that were underseasoned and lacking in flavor. Paying $90 for 2 sharing plates and 2 small meals (with no sides) was way, way too much. Had the food been outstanding, maybe it'd have been worth it, but the patatas bravas needed salt and pepper, the pineapple was hard to find in the sweet potato and pineapple tacos el pastor, and the grilled cheese–while full of really interesting things–was ultimately flavorless. The goat cheese was...fine? The overall review we had was that it was fine. But $90 for fine is not realistic. That $90 would have gotten outstanding at other local establishments (we said we wish we'd gone to Duke's or Cantina 52 instead). The seating situation was unique–there's an eclectic mix of chairs, but some of them are so low that even a short person's knees are up to their chests and it feels like being at a kid's table. It looks fun but the practicality isn't there. Our waitress kind of forgot about us after bringing our order over. Overall, FINE. But FINE in this economy isn't worth a second visit, unfortunately.

We went at 5:45 pm on a Saturday night. Not sure what was going on with the kitchen… when we placed our order for an appetizer to share and 4 entrees, our waitress informed us that everything is made fresh, they don’t use heat lamps and the entrees may arrive at different times. We were fine with that. We enjoyed our appetizer, and shortly afterwards the other couple’s dinner arrived (they were sharing a charcuterie board and garden salad—no cooking required). An hour later and after repeated inquiries, the other couple had long finished eating and our dinner never arrived. We had to go find our waitress who had disappeared, ask for our entrees to be removed from the check and left without eating at 7:30–an hour and 45 minutes after arriving! NO ONE in the dining room or on the outdoor patio had food on their tables when we left, so there were likely more disappointed diners. A very disappointing and frustrating experience!

Everything is made from scratch and fantastic. Be prepared to wait a bit for food but it’s so worth it! Wine List is well thought out. Unique selections all from small producers.
