A delicious meal with friendly service but the noise level with the tiled floors and high ceilings was beyond. Happy to see their private rooms which is the way I would return with friends. I like to hear them.

Food was good, as was the service, just struggled with the noise, really loud and couldn’t have a conversation with my Wife.

Beautiful meal. Shared scallops, Cod and Lamb mains very tasty. Shared baked Alaska. All very tasty. Lovely Rioja and the sambucca digestif was served in a lovely glass with coffee beans which was a great finish. It was very busy and the tables are quite close together, so a little noisy!

Sadly it was disappointing . My guests both had steak which was very tough and as it was expensive it was disappointing . Chips as sides were very expensive £7 per person pet portion. Squid was a bit rubbery in texture. However halibut was delicious . Side order of broccoli was so sparse. Bread with starters delicious . But the overall price for 3 guests no alcohol was £172. This was a celebration so I didn’t want to say at the time . Sadly don’t think we will return to Waterman. Too expensive for what it was and steaks not good at all .

Served by Hollie. She recommended the specials and the market fish. Slovenia wine was fabulous. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Fabulous meal in a lovely restaurant. Well done this restaurant

Really looking forward to visiting Waterman - looked attractive with an interesting Menu. Whole event really spoilt by a piece of Cod that was extremely over salted Manager was surprised and took the cod off the Bill AND the Service Charge. professional and generous. Hopefully just a one off
