After trying the Michelin-awarded Jeune et Jolie, I knew I had to check out one of their sister restaurants, Wildland—and it did not disappoint. It has such a relaxing brunch vibe, with people working, studying, and lingering over coffee. You order at the counter, then grab a seat wherever you’d like in the beautifully sunlit space filled with natural light. Great food, great drinks, great vibe. I felt as though I was being transported into another world. The service was impeccable. Devin, our server was knowledgeable about the menu, answered all the questions that we had with a smile on his face, and recommended us all of his favorite dishes, and they were all perfect. The drinks were delicious, I got a Sarti spritz 10/10 (so it could be filled a tad bit more) my cousin got an old fashion 10/10 and my friend got a house. Margarita (which had celery in it, but it was good.) All of our dishes were unique, presented beautifully and absolutely delicious. The squash blossoms 10/10 exploded with flavor. The focaccia was the best I’ve ever had 11/10 the Arancini balls were OK, flavorful, but not my favorite 5/10. The noci salad was fresh, crisp and light. 10/10. I got a butternut squash pasta, it was plated beautifully. Best presentation of pasta I’ve seen. The flavor felt like fall in a bowl. 7/10 Lastly, we got the pear dessert. Wow. A show stopper. 1000/10 this is a must if you come here. I myself do not necessarily gravitate towards pears. I’m more of an apple gal. But I could eat this over and over and over. It was flaky. Buttery brown sugar forward yet light. Crispy fresh. I’ll be having dreams about it. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10 I would recommend and ask for Devon. He is the best.

Just wow! our server was amazing, blond with glasses. All the food was delicious that he recommended, from the focaccia to the fall type pasta shells in brown butter to the prawns and the mille full desert!

Wile this restaurant group never disappoints, this was one of the best meals we’ve had in a restaurant recently. Love the new Italian focused menu.

Extremely Disappointing — Worst $75 We’ve Spent The drinks were absolutely terrible. We ordered Hugo Spritzes, and they arrived half-empty and tasted awful. I admittedly assumed a Hugo Spritz would be the classic crisp, refreshing combination of elderflower, sparkling wine, and sparkling water. After tasting how horrible they were, I went back and read the menu description, only to discover they contained Suze (a bitter aperitif) and vermouth. Neither belongs in what I would consider a traditional Hugo Spritz. Instead of something light and refreshing, we got an overwhelmingly bitter drink with a horrible aftertaste. The fact that they were served half-empty only added to the disappointment. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t much better. We ordered a pizza with a great flavor profile in theory, but it had barely any sausage on it, and the crust was badly burned. The charred flavor lingered in our mouths for hours afterward, completely ruining the experience. The one bright spot was our waitress, who was incredibly friendly and did a great job. She was genuinely the only positive part of our visit. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. Spending $75 on two terrible drinks and a poorly executed pizza felt like a complete waste of money. We would not return and cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

Wildland is very unique with changing seasonal menus. This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced the restaurant. The food is outstanding and very creative. Really liked the gnocchi this trip. Surprised this visit they did not have a bread choice on the menu and asked for a choice that wasn’t possible. A few dishes did include sourdough but when asked but it wasn’t available. The staff is very friendly and very good however for the price point it might be lacking a some but not bad. Looking forward to the next visit and seasonal menu.
