Buen lugar, pero en la foto te imaginas que está muy bonito, y el ares más formal solo es business formal, es decir, camisa casual y pantalón dockers no te sientan ahí. El ares casual es un lugar agradable pero muy informal y caro para el lugar.

Comida y calidad en vinos muy buena!!! En servicio muy bajo nivel de atención por parte de los meseros at the main salon. Daria un 100 a los sub-ayudantes de meseros que son más atentos. En cuanto a limpieza de restrooms muy baja calificación. 👎🏻

Lo cambiaron a unas cuadras de distancia, el restaurante quedó muy bonito y elegante pero cambió de comida muy buena y reconfortante a un lugar más para citas y diversión, me gustaba más el de toda la vida.

We were celebrating a special birthday. Great table and setting! Bang Bang shrimp, bacon wrapped shrimp and calamari were all great appetizers. I had the Snapper which was great. This was a Sunday evening, so the dining room was half full. Waiter was forgetful...did not fill a wine order and our glasses of water set empty!

Booked for my birthday dinner and requested a booth but they sat us on the sports bar section. There were empty booths on the white table cloth section. We booked Willies G’a to have a nice experience. We would normally go to Mastros but wanted something different. We notated to bring out a birthday desert and the server didn’t even acknowledge a birthday was being celebrated. The food was amazing just wish the overall experience was better!

We sat at the bar so we could watch the Astros game. Marvin was behind the bar on Sunday, he was great! He made the night memorable. He gave great recommendations on both drinks and food. We will be back to see him soon!

The food was amazing! We arrived and were seated instantly! The peachy sidecar 10/10! Our server Roger was awesome! Very attentive. All of his menu recommendations were spot on! Restrooms were clean and valet was quick!

This was just what we were looking for. Great atmosphere, service, and food. It is a little loud in the main dining room during prime dinner time but we managed. The shrimp & crab martini, oyster bar trash, and crispy whole fried red snapper were outstanding. If we lived here we’d be regulars.

Date night. Dressed up and the host offered us to sit on the casual side. Although disappointed we thought the energy may be better. Appetizers were great. Crab cakes small but incredibly delicious. Unfortunately. The dinners were so disappointing. Asked about the gumbo. Server said it’s an entre portion but it was a bowl of soup. With a soft shell crab that really wasn’t fresh. My partner ordered sea bass and it was fishy. His favorite fish and he couldn’t finish it. Also indicating old. The service wasn’t even amazing. We were so disappointed and will not go back.

Very disappointed from the service and lack of attention we received, at a restaurant we typically enjoy going to. We will have to seriously rethink this one. We repeatedly had to use other waiters to get the basics, let alone check in our order or get more drinks, because our waiter was no where to be found.

Got here hoping to have a 5 star experience knowing that our meals will be 5 star price and they did NOT deliver. Waited 30-45 minutes to be seated although we had reservations. No apologies, just really rude hostess who acted like you weren’t here to spend your money. We honestly would have left and return to Joey uptown or bloom and bee who btw has GREAT customer service but it was a little late. Got seated after guest that came in after us, who reservations were also after ours. Had to remind the staff that we booked for the dining area which was a pull and tuggle. Was half way greeted by Deonte our waiter who was short, impersonal, and rude. He answered every questions sarcastically/rude, btw you have to ask questions as he doesn’t go over anything on the menu unless ASKED which is not what we expected from this type of establishment. Food came out- oysters were great, we both got the whole fish (as you can tell we came to spend money) which was prepared well. Side dishes broccolini and Brussels sprouts were disgusting DO NOT ORDER. Brussels were wet and soggy and broccolini burnt . Decided to still proceed with dessert cause at this point we are already here . Dessert was very delicious- bread pudding with ice cream. Waiter started to warm up at the end but honestly it’s to late. Really wish this establishment would get better employees but I understand the shortage although we visited the Warwick restaurant who btw had 5 star food and service. Saw Trey the manager at the door and voiced our concerns, he was very apologetic and confirmed that he had gotten numerous complaints about the hostesses at the front. Which is appalling to me, due to the type of establishment and price this should never be a concerns. He did offer to make it right by offering us two appetizer upon return, which to me was a waste, as I will never return here. When your bill is 300 plus which we have no problem paying you expect great service. Visit at your own risk.

We had a reservation for two at 7:30pm (Sat). We had to wait 30 mins to be seated. I guess they over booked again. We didn’t like the broccolini that came with our special salmon. It was overcooked. The crab cakes were excellent. We noticed that people were coming in very dressed down. Shorts, cut up jeans, T-shirts, tennis shoes etc. The restaurant is very nice. Food is still good. We would come back again.

Always enjoy dinner at Willie G’s. We went for Restaurant week- I had the Poke, whole fish and creme brule. Very tasty and fresh ! Our server, Mark, was very attentive (our second time to dine with him). We will be back! Thank you.

Came for Houston Restaurant weeks left with a fine dining experience, our waiter Devin was courteous and efficient, glad to call Willie Gs my favorite restaurant, food was impeccable as always!

The service was good. The food was average across the 4 diners at our table. Nothing bad, but nothing above average. The food prices are high. The drinks were reasonably priced but they ran out of Martini olives at 7 pm on a Friday?
