La atención fue muy agradable y el servicio rápido, todo estaba limpio y no había sensación de agobio a pesar de las muchas mesas que hay en el salón. Pero lo mejor de todo sin duda fue la calidad de la comida. ¡Recomiendo el Jambalaya Risotto! Exquisito.

We arrived at Red Fish Grill for our reservation and were seated promptly. I ordered the shrimp and grits after inquiring about the level of spiciness. I was assured that it wasn’t spicy at all. Much to my dismay, the level of heat was barely tolerable. When I mentioned this to the server, he didn’t apologize and said nothing more. What should have been a lovely meal was disappointing.

Used OpenTable to find reservations for the 5 of us knowing you can’t find a bad meal in the city. We normally avoid Bourbon Street but saw some good reviews and are glad we went. Waitress was a gem and the food was authentic NOLA fare — and delicious. Fun atmosphere. We all recommend Red Fish Grill!

Not a great atmosphere for Sunday Brunch. Although, the food was great. Rocky start with our server leaving after the first half hour and switching to a new one. Then the new one was very slow to get started... long waits for needs. But great in the end.

Went for brunch. The food was very good: excellent cup of gumbo to start, and then we shared the pan perdu (French toast) and the shrimp and grits. Both were delicious. Price was reasonable. It’s really not a “jazz brunch” - there was a piano player who wasn’t bad. Overall a reasonable choice for a casual brunch in the French Quarter.

Um, everything was okay. Just okay and the food was less than subpar. I ordered the Mahi Mahi for $30 and there was hardly anything food on my plate. There was no seasoning on it. Overall, the food was not great. I would like to mention that I ordered the bbq oysters.. they were perfect. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. My waiter, Desmond, was spectacular!

We were in NOLA for the night and found Red Fish on Open Table. SUPERIOR service, WONDERFUL food and reasonable prices. Frank was our waiter and he was great - very friendly, knowledgeable and on top of everything!

We stumbled upon this place when we arrived in New Orleans Sunday night and were lucky to get in without a reservation and we are so glad we did. It was AMAZING! That first night we got the Shrimp Bienville, Alligator Sausage and Shrimp Gumbo, Blackened Catfish, and the Land, Gulf and Grits. I would recommended all of that. It was so delicious. We loved it so much we came back before we left NOLA and that night we got the brussel sprouts, fish bites, oysters and the bread pudding. Again, I would recommend it all. We also got the Land, Gulf and Grits again and Gumbo because those are just unmatched. We had great service and great drinks. I recommend their Strawberry Basil Mule if it’s in season. We would strongly recommend this restaurant! Make sure to make a reservation just in case!

We had opportunity to dine at Red Fish Grill at French Quarter. The reservation was made online and we were seated on time when at the restaurant. Though the food arrived on time , the food was very much overpriced and were very small portions compared to similar restaurants in the area. The final product was very different from what was described in the Menu and lacked key ingredients that were listed. It was a very disappointing experience. This was even true for the dessert we ordered. Overall the reservation system works very well but the food left a lot to be desired.

The waiter was a fast talking high pressure kind of guy who basically ignored our needs during our experience. For instance The drinks I ordered upon arrival weren’t delivered until after our meal arrived. He never checked to see if all was well. Couldn’t hail him meal was longtime coming. When I paid the bill on a handheld device at the tableI memorialized my disappointment with the poor service by entering a 15% tip, I asked the waiter if I could get a copy of the receipt and he said ,”not on your life”. I thought he was kidding and would bring the receipt. We waited 10 minutes by the clock… He never brought it. So we left but stopped at the host station and asked the hostess nicely to speak to the manager. She asked what was the problem and I told her I preferred to tell the manager directly. The mgr who was standing next to the host. Greeted me and i told her what happened. She went back and brought me a receipt. She said she would talk to our waiter whom I had identified by his 1st name. She apologized for our bad treatment. And offered nothing else. I shall never return to Red Fish Grill!
