Great food and service

We keep coming back for very good reasons. I don't need to say anymore.

We always enjoy this restaurant and were surprised to see the manager Sunday at church and he recognized us instead of the other way around. Just shows how customer-driven they are beside offering outstanding food.

Food was absolutely amazing! A little pricey, but really good. Great date night place!

Food was delicious as always but it was so loud we couldn’t carry on a conversation at our table. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed. Better acoustics definitely needed.

Enjoyed a lovely Birthday lunch with good friends. Comfortable atmosphere in the neighborhood, with great food. The Grilled Salmon BLT was excellent...will definitely be ordering it again, and the Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese frosting was perfect...moist and nicely spiced. The service was very slow the day we were there, but we were in the mood to chat, so it didn’t ruin our experience.

Secreto is wonderful, the food is great! Our server Sabastian was wonderful and attentive. We were celebrating my husbands birthday. He made it special!!! So excited to find Chef Boyd and his great food after all these years.

Service was excellent and the food was amazing, had the fries tomatoes and fried chicken. Will defiantly be back again.

Food was great! Service was okay. Always had to ask for the server. The server was definitely not interested in selling anything. And the restaurant was not even busy. We finished a bottle between 5 of us and the server didn’t even bother to ask if we needed another drink so we decided not to get one at Secreto. The food was definitely great.

We drove about 45 minutes to get here because a friend recommended it to us, and it was well worth it. We will be back. The service was great, and the food was outstanding. We used our Dining our passbook without any problems as well.

Our 3rd visit. Perfect every time. Best short ribs and grits! Huge portions. Beautiful presentation on every dish.

Had dinner on a late Monday night. Even though the dining room was pretty empty, the food was very good, fresh and made to order. We had the deviled eggs and pork belly for apps and both were excellent. For dinner we ordered the fried chicken and scallops. Again, both were very good, but the jalapeño sauce for the chicken was way too spicy for my taste, and I like spice. Also, for $33, I think the scallop dish is a little overpriced for just 3 scallops. Other than those two things, the food was pretty spectacular and worth the price of the entire meal. But the best best best thing this restaurant has is our server, Jonathan. He’s young, but has been in the restaurant industry for years, and has mastered the art of providing an excellent customer experience. He’s knowledgeable about the entire menu, the history of the restaurant and understands the delicate balance of providing exceptional tableside service without being overbearing. It was my birthday and he was very gracious to comp a piece of carrot cake which we took home. It was amazing, btw. Thanks Jonathan. See you very soon, for sure.

Visited Secreto the first time a few months ago when I was in town for business. Back for business and made sure to visit again—with clients this time! We were all blown away by how fantastic it was. It’s a small menu, but every dish was sheer perfection. Highlights from our meal include the Bang Bang (??) Shrimp appetizer—sweet, spicy and crispy deliciousness; the fried chicken (worth the trip alone!); and the short rib (my client travels all over the country ... said she gets short rib all the time, and said THIS was the best she’s ever had!). Staff was amazing: attentive, friendly and efficient. Will be back the next time I’m in ATL for sure!!!

Had lunch with some friends the other day. We were all very pleased with our meals. The food was delicious and the service was attentive and top notch. This is a great place to gather and have good food. Lots of great items to choose from on the menu. This is most definitely a neighborhood gem! We will be coming back for sure.

Went with my wife for the 3rd time here. We have each tried different items from the menu and have been thoroughly impressed. This time we dined with 2 other couples and they also remarked about the incredible food. Great waitstaff and ambiance as well.

Absolutely great food and service. I would highly recommend it. It was very loud and difficult to have a conversation, but the food was so good we could overlook the noise.

I visited this restaurant a few months ago and selected the chicken for my dinner meal. It was so good I committed to revisit the restaurant on my next business trip to Alpharetta. There were three of us enjoying dinner together on this trip and I convinced them to get the chicken. All of commented at the end of the evening that it was the best chicken we have ever eaten. The chicken is crispy, tender boneless breast pieces with a tasty gravy. My mouth is watering as I write this review - honestly, it is that good and memorable.

Refer to all the good reviews here. This is a lovely little spot away from the Atlanta hustle and bustle and the old Roswell foot traffic. The unassuming setting belies a wonderful food experience. We ordered the redfish and the fried chicken dishes. They were superb. My husband loved the chicken sans bones (oddly, bones unnerve him on any dinner plate). The light andouille crust on the redfish was just the right amount of added tastiness. We had the carrot cake desert as did the table next to us. All of us agreed it was fabulous, hands down. My only recommendation is that they lengthen the curtains in the front to block parking lot lights from disturbing the ambience. We will go again (and again). Parking lot lights or not. ;-)

Our meal was delicious! My husband had the Southern Fried Chicken and I had the Grilled Shrimp, both were flavorfull and prepared just right. We also ordered the carrot cake which is a must have, warm cream cheese frosting...so good! We were celebrating our anniversary and would go back for dinner again and again. The service was excellent, food came out in a timely manner, drinks were made perfectly.

Secreto is a neighborhood Gem in the Northern Alpharetta area. Food is very good and upscale with a very good environment and ambiance. One of the top features of the restaurant are the staff who are always welcoming and friendly.

We have eaten at Secreto once before and we’re lucky to have the same server, Sebastian, on both occasions.
Highly recommend that you request him if you eat there.
Will definitely eat there again.

It’s my 3rd time there and not my last. Doesn’t have an extensive menu but everything on it is done very well. Good wine list too!

Food was over cooked and we ordered dessert to go and it was missing the ice cream. This is the last visit to this restaurant.

Fried chicken was once again the absolute best! Tried the pork belly appetizer for the first time and it was incredible! They must make this into a main dish! Service, sides, and drinks were top notch once again!

Really great restaurant. We have been several times and it’s been perfect each visit and the food is delicious and plates are beautiful and fresh. Service is impeccable.

From a service standpoint, Dean the Bartender, our waitress and the GM were all very friendly and attentive.

The dinner was fantastic. Who knew that a restaurant in a strip mall in Alpharetta, GA would have such delicious and fresh seafood, a great wine list and such a beautiful setting. We'll be back!

Good food, good location. Drinks were good and I believe the food prices are reasonable.

Thouroghly enjoyed our meal here. We came to celebrate my birthday and while no dessert or pleasantry was offered, the food was outstanding. My husband ordered the wedge salad and I had the spinach strawberry salad. The mai tai was fabulous. I ordered the boneless fried chicken which came on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes along with crispy green beans. My husband ordered the andouille crusted red fish. Everything was mouth watering. We will definitely return.

The fried chicken is a MUST do! it was excellent, and our waitress was very good as well.

We celebrated our twins’ 21st birthday on a Saturday evening. We all enjoyed our meal. The food and service are always fabulous here. They even brought complimentary dessert to the table for our twins. It was an evening we all enjoyed.❤️

Always consistently good, great and reasonable wine menu.

My husband and I went for a date night. It was our first time. Our food was delicious. He got the fried chicken and I got the scallops. We brought our own wine. We will go back. It was very nice.
