We had a 6;30 reservation and didn’t get seated until 7:20pm. What’s the point of having a reservation? I don’t care for the layout of the restaurant. It was noisy and the booths are very small. I won’t be going back to this location.

We went for our 18th wedding anniversary and had amazing experience with the help of our server Andrew he made us feel like we were family and not just another customer took the time to talk to us and ask us questions and took great care of us!! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time! It was our first time at Ruth Chris and we decided to try their $60 magical dining. Everything was delicious. We had a lobster bisque, petite filet MR Pittsburg style with a side of fluffy mashed potatoes and cheesecake for dessert. I liked that it also listed the calories next to each item. Would absolutely recommend. Our server was fantastic but unfortunately I forget her name. 🙁 very sweet, polite and helpful.

This was an outstanding dining experience. The food was prepared perfectly, the service was attentive, but not hovering or overdone and the overall tempo of the meal was spot on. The ambiance was very nice with a mid-century modern feel that was intimate and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful meal. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Staff was extremely welcoming. They helped me keep the secret of the extra guest coming. I love how they had birthday confetti on the table for my husband. Our waiter, Miles, was great. He was very personable, answered our questions, helped us with his recommendations. Food came out sizzling hot and beyond delicious! My husband got the ribeye and my mother in law and myself got medallions with shrimp and everything was cooked to perfection! The steak melts in your mouth! The lobster mac and calamari was so flavorful too.

The steak was tender but had no flavor at all. The shrimp was lukewarm and also not seasoned in any way. Expensive for food that wasn’t delicious. Will not be back.

Great service! Nice evening overall. The added $3 for a straight martini vs dirty makes no sense but we didn’t get charged when I asked for a sauce and he offered béarnaise.

A great staff, the meal was excellent, tasty and hot. We were celebrating a birthday. The waitstaff was very professional. The lobster bisque was not what we were accustomed to coming from the northeast, and the manager graciously offered to replace that. We accepted and the rest of the evening was 5 stars.

Fantastic service, good drinks and apps, delicious steaks, yummy sides, great boozy coffees. A double birthday celebration was wonderful except for us having to SHOUT at each other. When the server apologized for the noise level after introducing himself we knew it was only going to get worse. As the tables filled we began to have to shout at each other to be heard. They need some noise absorbing art panels stat. Otherwise a very nice meal.

I liked that they put celebration confetti on the table. Our lobster bisques were cold… but the steaks were very good. We said we wanted to upgrade the desserts, but they brought out bread puddings instead without having brought the dessert menus asked for. Waited long periods of time for server. He was nice but not very present. Drinks from bar very good.

There was mold in my raspberry that was placed in my cosmopolitan. I reached out to a waiter to let him know and he removed the drink from the table. The waiter came back with another drink, proceeded to tell me that the manager was going to come over and speak with us. The manager was no where to be found. I have been to this Ruth’s Chris several times and this will be the last between the Winter Park location and Sandlake this restaurant has gone down hill. Received a desert with wilted strawberries that looked like the life it self was drained from it. Spending $250 on a meal for two with anything but quality. I can not understand how you’re able to push out molded fruits to the guest without even checking your inventory? Are there any cleaning regulations ?

disappointed in the bread provided to our table. Having dined at a number of restaurants in Louisiana I was anticipating a hot bread right out of the oven with a crispy crust. what was presented was a run of the mill bread served at room temperature. the next time I come I hope the bread situation was improved.

We went to magical dining at Ruth's Chris and after trying to eat at a different steak place the night before, we were so relieved. My medium well steak was cooked perfectly, and our service was fantastic. Would recommend this place to anyone! OH and the cheesecake....drooool!!

Customer service was great ! The food was poor in quality and taste we had filet mignon and lobster tail. The lobster tail was salty and the filet mignon was tough with zero to no taste. Totally disappointed it was our first time and we are foodies we visit restaurants all over Florida .. to be fair the manager gave us a discount we appreciate that gesture but we expected more from Ruth Chris.

Andrew and Tyler, our servers were awesome. Attentive and personable. That made out our Celebration even better. We come to Ruth Chris for the food, excellent and cooked perfectly! While we like the interior design it is very difficult to hear and have conversations. Sound baffles on the walls and ceiling would be extremely beneficial.

Great restaurant, great food and great service. Only disappointment was the crowding of tables. Maybe it was due to the magical dining event. With the prestige of the restaurant, table overcrowding reduces the luxury of a higher end restaurant. The noise level was higher than I would have expected due to more tables. Overall, I rated excellent.

The service in Bar area was very slow. The meat was overcooked. There was too much noise. Too many big screen televisions were on display.

I was very surprised for a 30-minute wait then two appetizers came out cold a side of mashed came out cold also. Not sure we will return for a $250 outing.
