Head Chef Graeme Mair cooks with intention. Simple by design, driven by quality, his menu draws on coastal flavours and global influences without overcomplicating either. Barramundi in Tom Kha Coconut Broth, garlic prawns with saffron rice pilaf, premium steaks, charcuterie built for sharing, and breakfasts worth leaving the house for.

The setting doesn't hurt either. Pelican Waters Golf Club is also home to Australia's only Greg Norman-designed 18-hole mini golf course, making it an easy afternoon that stretches well beyond the table.
