Establecido en 1995 y situado en Eagle-Vail, entre Vail y Beaver, Ristorante Ti Amo ofrece una cocina autentica del norte de italia, servida en una atmósfera que evoca recuerdos de la pequeña Italia. Comida y servicio extraordinario. Lástima que cuando entras al restaurante tiene un olor a viejo. Necesita una manita de gato urgente.

Featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, Matsuhisa Aspen is located within a historic Victorian house in downtown Aspen, CO. The upstairs dining room is open starting at 5:30 nightly. During the winter season our patio is closed.

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s fusion cuisine draws influence from his classical training in Tokyo and his life abroad in Peru, Argentina, and around the world, showcasing signature dishes such as Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Black Cod Miso and White fish Tiradito.

Dunton Kitchen is the restaurant at Lumière by Dunton, a one Michelin Key Relais & Châteaux property in Mountain Village. The menu draws on the cooking of the Alps, from the Tyrol south into the Dolomites, with seasonal ingredients prepared simply and served in an intimate dining room. The bar pours classic and contemporary cocktails alongside a considered list of wines, amari and vermouths. Guests staying at Lumière begin each morning here with a European style full continental breakfast, and Sunday brunch as well as daily dinner is open to everyone by reservation. The free gondola from town stops a few minutes' walk from the door.

Our menu started out with 8 different items and has grown to over 30.

We’re one of the best sports bars in Aspen too, providing full sound, with a goal horn that will take you by surprise – and make you jump out of your seat!
