Traditional dishes like beef carpaccio, prawn cocktail, and ribeye enhanced by citrus, spice, and tropical fruits and herbs. Palmetto features sustainably sourced meats alongside some well-considered vegetarian and vegan options.Palmetto’s drink program under Bar Manager Jeanie Grant draws its inspiration from American cocktail culture with influences from legendary cocktail author Charles Baker, featuring fresh ingredients and lighthearted takes on old favorites.Reservations are for dinner only.
