This is the place for great sunset views over the ocean. The service was excellent, although my chicken dinner was just so-so. Very bland. I would highly recommend changing to a different type of chicken dish.

At 7:59pm paid $120 bill and was NOT handed my credit card back with the check. I had to go find my waitress to get my card. A fraud alert came at 8:05pm that $2400 had been spent at the Hyatt Centrix Key West. I didn’t realize until the fraud alert came through. My card was shut down and waiting 2 days for a new one. Hyatt couldn’t explain.

Can’t beat the view from the restaurant’s outdoor tables at sunset! The menu offers a variety of fresh local seafood skillfully prepared by their chef. My husband and I both enjoyed the grouper! Anna and the rest of the wait staff were very attentive and provided a wonderful dining experience!

I sincerely apologize for the delayed feedback. We had dinner at Shor on Feb 27th. The food was delicious. All of our entrees were cooked perfectly and the Risotto was amazing. The staff were attentive and prompt in checking in with us. We had a table outside and nothing better than watching the sunset. Thank you

Noisy kids at pool at our special event dinner. They should put up a sound barrier from pool and kids for outside dining. Had chefs special never told price till bill came. It was good but very pricy for portion given. Service was very good our waiter was good but his helper brought our drinks to next table and there appetizer to us she seemed confused. It was empty inside so don’t know if she was new or what. Multiple errors. Nice place but too noisy to spend high end $50 entrees and have screaming kids to deal with. No acknowledgment of our special event either. Lots of other less expensive quieter restaurants in key west

This was a prix fixe dinner for Valentines Day and I was a little worried that the meal would only be so-so. Wow, was I wrong! First, there was a nice selection of dishes - which I wasn’t expecting - including oysters as one of the appetizer options and filet mignon as one of the entrees. It was all delicious. We are picky about food and how it is prepared, so the fact that we loved it all is a huge compliment. The meat was cooked to perfection. Our table was on the corner of the dock area with a beautiful view of sunset and felt more romantic than just sitting on the porch with all the other outdoor tables (I’m not sure but this dock seating may have only been added for V-Day). The server was very nice and the food was served promptly and hot. I would highly recommend Shor. The only small downside is that there is no valet parking (it’s part of the Hyatt so I was a little surprised) but it was easy to find a close parking spot in their gated lot (you first need to run in and get an electronic pass from the front desk). Bravo for a truly wonderful evening from start to finish. We will absolutely be back.

Lovely setting with an eclectic diverse menu. The chicken dish was cooked to perfection. Service by Veli was professional and courteous, and he was very knowledgeable about each entree. A delightful evening at a first-class restaurant.

Excellent selection of menu items to choose from. Highlights included the superior wait service from Kim, who was professional and friendly, and the delicious scrambled eggs and tasty bacon. Local freshly brewed coffee was a hit as well.

What an amazing experience. The drinks were masterfully made; rib eye steak cooked to perfection . Service initiated by Veli outstanding. He is a professional, and my questions about some menu items and his knowledgeable and recommendations were 'spot on'. All this with an amazing sunset view.

What an incredible gem. Service undertaken by Veli was amazing. The ambiance is off the charts, as you have an unobstructed view of the gulf. The food - I had the egg pasta, sublime. A real gem of a restaurant in Key West. It has it all, world class service, ideal location, and excellent food. Triple home run.

It was breezy and chilly for the Keys, so they should have not suggested to eat outside. Some guest were moving around looking for a less breezy location. The octopus appetizer was not good, it was not fresh and it was chewy. The fish however, was fresh but under seasoned. My wife had the risotto, it was undercooked. The drinks were good and the server was a nice guy.

Amazing food and ambiance! We ate here last to finish off our parents first vacation after 30 years of working. It was incredible. If you can get the tira misu it was incredible!

The food is really good with a large choice of seafood , everything is fresh and well cooked. We are from France and we can see the difference with others restaurants in Key West for the same price (homemade food and deserts are a game changer) We are definitely going to come back with local friends.

We went here basically to watch the lighted Christmas Boat Parade. Because it was a special event, they had a single price menu of $75 p/p. Great boat show! Food was very mediocre. Service was very slow, but server was very nice. Atmosphere was festive.

It's always a treat to dine at Shor. The Chef is very creative and the menu is always interesting, food flavored delightfully. Service was excellent, our waiter, Max, was very friendly, professional and well informed with the wine and food menu. The ambiance was wonderful at our outdoor table overlooking the water. Bravo !
