Our waiter had a very large group that he was taking care of in another room so the result of that was our service was not very good, when our food came out It was warm, not hot. You could tell I’ve been sitting for a while which kind of took away from the taste. When you spend that much money, you expect to have hot food and good service while the quality of the food was very good, the service and temperature of food kind of put a damper on my experience

We had just come the night before from a bad food experience visiting OMAHA. Spencers fixed this right up. What a WONDERFUL meal. Their steak was absolutely PERFECT!! the break was great. THE Salad they served was the best salad we have ever had. The ONLY disapointment was they were out of baked potatoes which for a high end steak house, shouldn't happen. BP's are cheap and plentiful. Our waitress was handling 5-6 tables by herself. She did a fantastic job. They stopped taking reservations and walk ins at 8pm they were very short staffed. I would 1000% recommend this restaurant. We split a fantastic steak and had plenty to take back to our room. Portions are VERY generous.

We went for the happy hour. The drinks were excellent, and the bartender even exchanged peach for strawberry in one of the drinks as one of our party did not like peach. The food on the happy hour was also great. I took home half of my sandwich and fries.

Food was sub-par at best. Both steaks were chewy and ribeye was over seasoned. We ordered the braised mushrooms as a side, and they looked, felt, and tasted like they were canned mushrooms. The overall quality was what would be expected at a diner or corner bar, not a meal costing $150 for 2 meals (we did not order drinks other than iced tea).

We make this trip to Spencer's every year for our anniversary and they never disappoint. Mike was our server and not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he did a great job with being attentive without being intrusive. I had prime rib and my wife had the prime meatloaf and we both loved the entrees. Creme Brulé for dessert was the perfect ending for the meal. The dining room was quiet with only a couple of other tables in use on a Sunday night. We have never been disappointed with Spencer's and neither will you!
