Dine on iced Andalusian Gazpacho, rump steak with fresh chanterelles, red wine shallots and garlic mashed potatoes and finish up with fondant au chocolate with raspberry sorbet. At Altes Fischerhaus you could also have carpaccio of US beef with smoky bourbon whisky cream and wild herb salad, baby turbot fillet with fresh chanterelles a la crème, ending with panna cotta with rhubarb compote and strawberry sorbet.
