Powder Hounds Restaurant in Sun Peaks, British Columbia is a fireside lounge that regularly features live music alongside a casual dining menu. Though it only opened back in 1998, Powder Hounds Restaurant is the oldest privately owned eatery in the city. If you like German food, it's worth the trip.
For one thing, there are plenty of schnitzel and spaetzle options on the menu here. Each dish is made fresh every day. This includes the Blue Shell Island mussels, the tequila chipotle prawns or the lamb chops and sausage. When the weather is nice, there's also a very scenic view to be enjoyed from the patio at Powder Hounds Restaurant.
