Towards the water’s edge you’ll find The Restaurant at Waupoos Estates, a gazebo-style building nestled amongst vineyards with a panoramic view of Lake Ontario. The Restaurant’s philosophy is simple – use sustainable, fresh ingredients grown or raised on our property for a true Farm-to-Table experience. For dinner and brunch/lunch services, the restaurant offers a multi-course prefix menu showcasing a combination of family style and plated courses in a refined yet casual dining experience. r. Head Chef Michael Sullivan presents fine, French cuisine and a Wine Spectator-awarded cellar. Our heated conservatory is open to the public from May through November and we do offer a number of private dining options. Please email us directly for parties of more than 6 people and for private dining or events.The Restaurant will be closed from December 23 through December 27, reopening on December 28 through the 31st, and closed again for our winter break, January 1 through February 8, reopening on Wednesday February 8.
