Teatro rinde homenaje a la locación del restaurante en el distrito de artes y teatros en Calgary. Durante más de 20 años, Teatro ha servido gastronomía mediterránea contemporánea en una atmósfera de buena comida dentro del histórico Toronto Dominion Bank (establecido en 1911). Su cava galardonada cuenta con más de 13.500 botellas y 1.100 marcas, con un enfoque en vinos de Italia y Bordeaux. Una experiencia gastronómica verdaderamente única para disfrutarse con el menú de degustación del chef de 8 tiempos. También cuenta con opciones privadas y semiprivadas de comedor para grupos grandes de personas. El almuerzo express de 3 tiempos a 25 USD es una selección excepcional para los comensales ocupados del centro de la ciudad.     What a fun night. The food and the service were delicious. Oysters were amazing and so was the Mc fries. The short rib was delicious so tender. Bollinger Champagne 🍾 🥂 was flowing.

    Thirty-three years in, Teatro still knows how to make an evening feel special. Its beautiful heritage setting hasn’t lost an ounce of charm, and the service continues to set the bar: attentive, thoughtful and free of the “lovely evening, now please vacate your table” routine that seems to plague downtown dining. We enjoyed the featured dishes, a bottle from the fall wine features and a crème brûlée that deserved its own round of applause. Everything was delicious. The birthday card waiting for my guest—simply because I’d mentioned the occasion when booking through OpenTable—was such a thoughtful touch. Someone actually read the reservation notes. Imagine that! The pleasant surprise? The total bill was not much more than Earls, with considerably more character and service that feels personal rather than rehearsed. No script, no stopwatch. Just genuine hospitality and the luxury of enjoying your evening. Teatro, please keep showing everyone how it’s done.

    The restaurant was beautiful, and the food was excellent. Our servers could not have been more attentive and helpful. The location was excellent as it was across the street from our hotel.
