The Bistro está ubicado en el recinto del Biltmore Estate, justo al lado de la galardonada bodega de Biltmore. The Bistro ofrece gastronomía estadounidense contemporánea acompañada de un servicio amable. El menú de la cena se basa en ingredientes locales frescos y de temporada. Good food and service was excellent. Robert, our waiter can read a table and instantly appeared when you needed something. A little pricey but a good experience.

The Bistro at Biltmore delivered one of the most memorable meals I've had in quite some time. The bouillabaisse was exceptional—rich, aromatic, and layered with the kind of depth that comes from a thoughtfully prepared broth. Every bite showcased fresh seafood without overwhelming the delicate balance of flavors. The filet was equally impressive, cooked perfectly to temperature with a beautifully caramelized crust and a tender, buttery interior. It's the kind of steak that needs very little embellishment because the quality and execution speak for themselves. The evening ended on a high note with an incredible buttermilk crème brûlée. The crisp caramelized sugar gave way to a silky, subtly tangy custard that was both light and indulgent—a perfect finish to an outstanding meal. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. Despite a dining room packed with guests and no shortage of demanding, high-maintenance requests, the staff remained gracious, attentive, and remarkably professional throughout the evening. Their composure and hospitality never wavered, making an already excellent meal feel genuinely special. If you're visiting Biltmore, The Bistro is absolutely worth the reservation. Between the outstanding food and first-class service, it's an experience I'll be looking forward to repeating.

The food was excellent. Filet mignon was out of this world. Have eaten at this restaurant several times and it is delicious.

My wife and I dined at the Bistro for evenings in a row, and every experience was perfect! The service was always professional and courteous; the food was always delicious; and the staff hospitality was always warm and inviting, and we felt appreciated. Definitely our favorite restaurant for dinner whenever we visit Asheville.

We had a wonderful relaxed meal. Our server, Michelle, was excellent. She was attentive to our needs and made for a very enjoyable meal. The burrata and beet appetizer was huge and delicious. The price was high but the food and service did not disappoint.
