An evening inspired by the wild beauty and extraordinary produce of Australia’s coastline, Australian Waters is the first in a new series of dining experiences celebrating the waters surrounding Chef Patron Brayden Davies’ home country. Held in partnership with SAQUA Seafood, specialists in importing exceptional Australian seafood, this exclusive evening will also mark Brayden’s 29th birthday, bringing together his Australian heritage and his cooking at The Box Tree. Guests will discover rare and remarkable Australian ingredients, seldom seen on British menus, in a dining experience shaped by the flavours, landscapes and waters that have long inspired Brayden. With the first night selling out so quickly, just 30 additional seats are now available for this second evening.
