   Buen servicio. Nada más. Ningún esfuerzo extra. Era una cena de cumpleaños. Adornaron la mesa al momento de que llegamos y enviaron parte de cumpleaños… y ya. Nos sentimos bastante ignorados. Cambiaron de mesero a medio servicio. Seguimiento a la mesa sólo con la básicos. No se, esperaba más.

   Everything was great but I found two things to be peculiar. #1 my initial waiter who greeted us later handed us off to a new waiter. The new waiter informed me of the change which was appreciated and a very smooth Segway. He was tremendous. Now I chose capital grille based on my multitude of past Experiences and like I said this was a special occasion. When I asked for the I-pad to see the bottle list I couldn’t find Dom Perignon. So I told my waiter I wanted to order a bottle to celebrate the evening but I can find it on the menu(I-pad). I handed the pad to him and he looked also confirming it was not listed. He asked to excuse himself and went away to research. When he reappeared he said that procurement of this champagne has become difficult and they do not have it. So ultimately I changed up what I ordered. This out of stock was dissapointing

    We had a reservation at 7. Did not get seated until 7:30 and was seated in the bar. After I told the waitress of the situation the manager came over and moved us to a nice corner table. The food was excellent and our server was great.

    I always say that Capital Grille is consistent in every city, but I’m sad to say we had a bad experience this time. The seat they sat us in was near the door and it was freezing, the bread was hard, no salt in the butter like usual, I had to send my steak back b/c it was cold, I never got my second glass of wine I ordered, and it was so crowded made everything unpleasant and not relaxing for a $300 dinner.

    Rebecca is the absolute best server. She is always attentive. It was my friends birthday and Rebecca made it special. She even gave me some raspberry sorbet which was a nice ending to a wonderful luncheon.

    Great food. Main entrees took a very long time to come out. Overall not a horrible experience. We’ve been there many times and we will be back.

    Food was wonderful!! But the waiter was not the best. I know it was a busy weekend but he barely came over to check on us to see if we were ready to order anything else. Seemed to really not care about any of his tables. The restaurant was really loud. I would of liked a more quiet and relaxed experience.

    Excellence rfrom the entire staff from the Valet and Greeter, waiter, manager and billing and the food and wine: perfect! Some of our folks had the bisque and another shrimp cocktail and as I mentioned the lump crab was better than the all the South Florida restaurants we had just visited! The bread was fresh and all varieties were wonderful we shared some side dishes had some comfort foods that were warm and creamy and there were nice size lobster bites in the delicious Mac and cheese with sprinkles of a slight bread crumb crust, and the battentender made perfect cocktails and delicious aperitifs (once again!), thank you for a wonderful evening for all!

    Our server Carlo was great. It was packed and the bar and kitchen were very backed up. We waited 25 min for drinks and were there an hour and still didn’t have our entrees (and didn’t order apps). The server was hustling and very nice and it wasn’t his fault.

    Excellent food & wine menu; perfectly prepared, and superb service. Weird so many people were dressed so casually on Valentine’s Day or any dinner like this. Get it together, Pittsburgh.

    All of our meals were excellent. Michael, the waiter, was attentive and helpful. The cheesecake desert was one of the best I've ever had.

    We had a delicious meal for Valentines Day and our waiter was very helpful in making suggestions as well as checking in on us enough without bothering us too much! The food is always top notch!

    Had to wait 30 minutes even with our reservation and all our food came out cold and tasted mediocre at best. I normally don’t mind but for 50 bucks a plate, I expect better. They’ve really sold themselves out.

    Food was great as always, a busy night with Valentines day and the whole resturant operated very efficiently. RJ was our server and he did an outstanding job. My number 1 choice when visiting Pittsburgh.
