                                                                        We booked a table at 21.00h and we were the only guests. They obviously were not amused with late guests as the waitress was constantly preparing the tables for breakfast (it’s a hotel restaurant) and our starters and main courses were served at the same time. They wanted to get us out as quick as possible, we didn’t feel welcome or appreciated at all.

                                                                        The set menu advertised on open table and outside the restaurant does not exist. You are an inconvenience to the staff I have never had such an abysmal experience! We ended up leaving and popping round the corner to Scoff and Banter where we received a warm welcome and amazing food

                                                                        Friendly service, food took a while to be served, but once we flagged to the waitress we were under time pressures to see evening show, everything went according to plan. Good choice of food, which was tasty enough.

                                                                        We had an enjoyable evening before visiting the Royal Albert Hall. Waitress very chatty but not obtrusive. Food well presented and flavoursome.

                                                                        It was very quiet for a Friday night but the service and the food was great. Pretty good value but we used my taste card which made it an absolute bargain

                                                                        Just average. Empty restaurant and felt like I still had to ask for everything. Waitress was nice but looked stressed. Food was pretty ok for the price (apart from the creme brûlée which had a caramel 'lid' so thick and tough I nearly broke my tooth on it.

                                                                        We visited for a pre-proms meal . The place was deserted ! Half of the set menu items were unavailable. My husbands fish and chips were fine, but nothing amazing. My sweet potato fries were undercooked (still slightly hard in the centre) The service was prompt and helpful
