First Course Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque A rich, velvety roasted butternut squash soup, finished with a delicate swirl of apple cider crème fraîche for a touch of seasonal sweetness. Second Course Arugula & Pear Salad Fresh peppery arugula tossed with sweet pears, dried cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and creamy goat cheese, finished with an apple cider vinaigrette. Main Course Choice of one entrée Traditional Herb-Roasted Turkey Tender, herb-roasted turkey served with a rich, savory giblet gravy for a classic Thanksgiving favorite.
