Thank you for your interest in The Wash House Restaurant, where you will find fine Southern coastal cuisine served in a casual atmosphere. Come and enjoy our great Southern hospitality. Semi-casual attire is accepted and reservations are recommended. Our dining room is open 7 Nights a week starting at 5:00pm.

We have the perfect area for private parties and can handle a variety of groups, clubs and events. If you are in need of catering, we are your catering resource. We will come to you for parties as big or small as you like. Whether it's a camp house, bay house, church, farm, wharf or even your house, we’ll be there. Catering for all occasions. Wherever and whenever you need us, we are there for you.

This was our second time here and it was different. Not sure if maybe because it is not tourist season. We were literally in and out in under an hour. My filet was ok…my husbands fish was ok…the best part was definitely the gumbo.

This is one of the jewels of our area. From the hostess greeting me by name, to the outstanding service while dining at the bar by Peter and Becca, it was a nice experience. The food was really good too! Wyatt, the manager, made sure to come by too. The chef came out and said hello, made sure my steak was perfectly done. I really like this place!

My favorite restaurant in the area. The scallops are incredible! One day I’ll have to try something else. I’ve been eating the scallops for years.

The beef spring rolls appetizer was ok. My chateaubriand was above average and perfectly cooked. My friend’s grilled redfish was a generous portion and she enjoyed it. The key lime bread pudding was dry, bland, and we both had to search to find a hint of lime at all. Left it barely touched after a few bites. After all of the hype I had heard from multiple people, I was a bit disappointed. As was my friend. If I am ever in the area again, I would give it another try.
