This was a random stop on our way through Atlanta and we couldn’t have been more satisfied! Food was fantastic! Server was polite and energetic, provided great recommendations and left us wanting to try everything on the menu! Highly recommend!

I ordered the ancient bowl which is vegan and absolutely delicious. Please order the guacamole and house chips really good. One of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta that is VEGAN Friendly 🌱

Family dinner. The good is super fresh and delicious 😋 can’t wait to experience their regular menu. Nice wine list complementary of their menu. Service was excellent, warm and friendly. They are following COVID-19 regulations making you feel safe.

There were long waits and the constant need to remind the staff what was ordered. Although we were outside there were no visible social distancing practices in place.

The server was attentive & was careful in writing my gluten allergy. He was continually checking on us. In addition, the manager brought my food which I appreciate. It makes me feel safer.
By the way, I have forgotten to point out how careful True Food are with social distancing. The distance of the tables is surely 6 feet. The servers wear their mask at all times. True Food has been careful with following CDC recommendations & the instructions of our governor.
The restrooms as well are one person only and they have a sign on the dear clearly stating it.

We arrived at opening and were pleasantly surprised to be invited to dine-in as covid19 restrictions have eased. The restaurant was clean and seating was sectioned off for social distancing. Every other table had big packets of sanitary wipes that servers used to wipe down tables and seating. Paper menus were present with a little pencil for customers to check off their choices. The waiters and kitchen staff were masked. I think the restaurant did a stellar job in ensuring precautions were taken and CDC guidelines were followed for their customers well-being.
As usual the food and brunch drinks were fresh and delicious. Even with the paper menus the kitchen handled our additional brunch requests. Service was timely and our server was friendly, yet professional.

Friday night was our first time eating out in months. Previously, we would visit True Food on a monthly basis, if not more frequently, as we really like the food. This visit was not ideal. After showing up for our 7:15 reservation we were seated outside. Promptly order our usual entrees (a salad and the salmon) and drinks. At 8 we decided to leave. Our feed had not yet arrived and our server informed us that the kitchen was really backed up. I would normally believe this, but on this evening all of the tables around us that had arrived after we were seated, had already been served their food.
We left cash for our drinks and headed out.
Sub par experience at a good place.

While I appreciate the restaurant decided to re-open, it was odd that that patio was completely enclosed. Time to get some air moving in there. Also, the staff acted as though we were an inconvenience to them. If the restaurant was not quite ready to re-open they should have waited. Usually we love our True Food experience but today was a disappointment.

We made a reservation for 6 ppl. We got there on time and told our table wasn't ready. I asked for a high chair, as noted on the open table notes, when i checked in. For some ridiculous reason, they decided to downgrade the table to a small 5 top with a floor to ceiling column in the way, blocking about 1/4 of the table. UNACCEPTABLE. There was a 6 top available the entire time we were waiting. If we were just there as a couple, things might have been different, but we had 2 squirmy kids, standing at the front of the restaurant for 30 minutes. They also DO NOT READ THE OPENTABLE REQUESTS. I said not to have a table near the kitchen or bathroom, the noise hurts my ears for medical reasons...they sat us exactly in that place. Of course I complained, and we were moved to a 6 top on the side of the restaurant.
We were meeting new friends for the first time. When dinner was ready, plates came one by one, about 5 minutes apart. When the last in our group got his burger, he was ready to take a bite, but the server actually came to our table, didn't say anything, and just took his burger...this is EXACTLY what happened, We were all in shock. "Maybe they put avocado on the burger because he said no avocado"? But no, that wasn't the case. The server took food from the wrong table! The manager told the server the wrong table! A gentleman at the next table was sending back his food. So, we finished our meal and the last adult in the party finally got his food when we were all done.
I'm not going to boycott this place, but i'll give them a last try sometime later in the year. They've been open for a long time, and we've been there at LEAST 10-12 times. I hope they can get their act together. We were not impressed that evening.
