El Tutti Matti sirve auténtica comida tradicional de la Toscana, elaborada exclusivamente con ingredientes frescos de temporada. Todo está hecho en el establecimiento, incluidos los panes y las pastas frescas. Ciertos platillos siempre están disponibles en el menú, como los de gnudi, pinci, papardelle y tagliatelle. A hidden treasure. My guest had just returned from a trip to Tuscany and commented on how authentic the food was. It also has a great, well curated wine list

The occasion of my visit was a business lunch. It was the second time I'd been at Tutti Matti in the last two months and I was not disappointed. The service was very good and the food consistent and excellent. Both myself and my colleague had the carpaccio and the tagliatelli. The carpaccio came with a healthy serving of greens which made it into more of a dish than merely an appetizer. My only criticism is that it somewhat overwhelmed the beef. The tagliatelli was excellent. The portion was very comfortable for lunch, the pasta delicious, and the sauce rich and pleasing. We were a bit pressed for time so we didn't have dessert. Would definitely return again.

Tiny little gem right of the entertainment district, kind of hidden. Food and service were absolutely excellent… started w/beautiful and delicious salad of greens, radicchio, pumpkin seeds, and focaccia… moved onto scrumptious tagliatelle w/beef ragout and pizza. (Skip the fagioli. I thought it would be white beans, but it was green beans a stewed tomato). It didn’t seem necessary to make rez for lunch, but because I mentioned it was a birthday- a lovely glass of prosecco greeted us at our table.

For an authentic Tuscan meal there’s no better than Tutti Matti! We have enjoyed many culinary experiences in Panzano and the staff here led by Alida Solomon bring us right back there. Attention to details and the infusion of herbs in the preparation of ordinary cuts of meat take the meal to another level. Our service was attentive without being intrusive. We can’t wait to go back in the fall when seasonal produce will be offered in a unique manner. By the way, the stuffed zucchini flowers were an example of superb use of a seasonal specialty.

As usual the food was really delicious. The only issue was the lack of air conditioning. It was in the 30’s outside and it did not feel like the AC was on at all. So a little uncomfortable to eat in the heat.

Expectation of quality and authenticity have been maintained in dinners had there at the distance of many years throughout their being at this location. Kudos to the chef!

I had not been here for several years. Room is nice. My husband’s pasta was good but my fish was crispy and not much flesh. Asparagus was covered in a sauce. The server described it to me as crispy before ordering. It definitely was not. Zucchini flowers had too much batter. Cheesecake was delicious.

Best Florentine steak we ever had. Pastas were fantastic as usual. Kudos to Alida and her team. Terrific wine recommendation and wonderful attentive service.,
