Poor service, very poor food and was told the bill didn't include tips and I was then asked did I want to leave a tip! How this restaurant has gone down hill. The manic atmosphere is about as far removed from relaxed as you can get. I would avoid the inevitable disappointment and head for The Crab.

We dined for 'Mother's Day' (on the Saturday, not on Mothering Sunday) and were very pleased with our choice! The food was lovely, the atmosphere and beach front position was really nice and we were happy with the service too........ We will dine there again, but were glad we booked as they were turning people away

We eat here often and the quality remains consistently good. And what is there not to like being this close to the sea. If you haven't been here yet, you've missed a treat.

West Beach has always been a favourite of ours and certainly lived up to our expectations again. That's what we like about it - consistently good quality food form a varied menu, excellent, friendly service. The worst thing was deciding what to choose as it was all so good!

Have eaten here many times over the years and West Beach never disappoints. The menu is fairly small, which suits me, seafood always fresh and well cooked and the casual style and informal, relaxed ambience always welcoming.

Wonderful food, great staff and a fantatstic wine list! I recently took my dad here for his birthday with a few of his friends and we had a delightful time - the food was out of this world! Also Westbeach has one of the best beach views in Bournemouth

Fabulous meal. Staff attentive but not pushy. We all had fish soup to start which was excellent. The men had fish and chips which was the best they had ever tasted, and the girls had fish stew /and moulles with hand cut chips on the side. All absolutely delicious. Will return.

The food was absolutely amazing.great place if you love seafood but also has a varied menu for the non fish lover.great atmosphere and stunning views of the beach and sea.service was brilliant.I would definitely recommend west beach
