Wildfire - Tysons Galleria
The food is always excellent and a great value for your money. We especially like the halibut and visit as often as we can during halibut season. Our waiter was wonderful, attentive, patient, and very prompt.
Have been many times before and enjoyed. However, this time the service staff seemed a bit disorganized and the noise level was way higher than I expected. Also, the window shades that open to the mall should be closed in the early evening during the summer - way too bright,
Made last minute reservations for Saturday brunch for a group of nine including small children. Everyone loved their food and service was great!
This was the first time I had ever gone for brunch and Wildfire did not disappoint. The mimosa flight was fantastic, I highly recommend it. I also had the Eggs Benedict, simply delicious. I went at 11 when it opened, so it was quiet. Our server was knowledgeable, upbeat, and efficient. I will definitely go back!
We had a very early dinner. Split the large 22ounce prime rib. We are the entire thing. Delicious, but felt it the rest of the evening and even the next morning. To that point, it says how great the steak was!
My daughter has allergies and the waitress went above and beyond to ensure her food was prepared properly. I was impressed by the service received as well as quality and taste of our entrees!
We went to Wildfire to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The service was excellent; Tuscan kale & spinach salad was absolutely delicious. My mom loved the cornbread. Our server, Christine (?), brought extra cornbread to take home when we asked for to-go containers, which was very nice. It’s becoming more & more rare to get good service when dining out unless you’re at a very high end restaurant, so it was a pleasant surprise to have had excellent service at an affordable place.
It took over 30 minutes for the food to get to the table. Waiter was very professional the way he handled situation.
Always the best place in Tysons for a business meal!
One of my favorites! Great restaurant and I love the privacy of the sidecar!
Good & service very good. Love their cornbread’s!
Service was not friendly or attentive. We were sat in bar area and honestly if I had do over would have gone elsewhere. Food overall was pretty good as usual, but there are other restaurants in the immediate area more welcoming.
Tatiana is an awesome server!
I selected this restaurant for a lunch with several friends because of its central location and good ratings. It was my first visit to the restaurant, so I had some difficulty locating it. While it is located near the outside of the mall, the sign size, color and location made it hard to find and read. The restaurant is very large, with entrances from both the parking lot and upscale Galleria shopping mall. Because it's part of the mall there was no natural light, but the decor was warm and attractive. The dual entrances also made it a little difficult to find the check in station, at least from the parking lot entrance. Once we found that station it took a few minutes for them to greet us and locate a table--even though I had made a reservation (via Open Table) and the restaurant was almost empty. Then we were led on a long walk to a booth table that allowed far-too-little room between the benchseat and the table. When I asked if we could be reseated at other booths with more room and privacy, I was told that those tables were reserved for those who specifically requested them--something I had no way of knowing when I made the reservation online. So we were re-seated at a table in the center of the dining room, which meant no bench seat to support my bad back. Despite the less than great table location the nose level in the restaurant allowed for easy conversation. The food was generally good, but my special entree seafood salad was not as large as I was expecting for an entree salad. The table service was very good overall. However, while our drinks were regularly refilled we were offered no addition baskets or servings of their very-tasty cornbread. Perhaps because the table was not very large, the bread plates were removed before the entrees were served. All in all it was a good dining experience, but I doubt that I will go out of my way to return. Nothing about the dining experience was very special or memorable.
Food and ambiance was excellent and as usual. This time, our waiter wasn’t very friendly nor attentive and hence the 4 star rating. We’ve been here before and the service is usually above par. This may be an isolated incident, but if I come back and have the same waiter, I’ll ask to be seated in a different section.
We have been to Wildfire scores of times and have always been very pleased but this time there appeared to be a problem in the kitchen; our steaks were overcooked and had to be sent back. The second round was fine as usual. To their credit the manager did not charge us for one entree and gave us a 20% discount on the entire check. We will definately return.
Service was great. Quality food and good portion. Great brunch options.
It was my sons 20th birthday and we had a great night!!
Great food and service
I planned a dinner for (5) to celebrate my husband 73rd Birthday on July 5, 2018 . Reservations for 6pm. So my choice was wildfire, since I had dinner here before and it was very good. Well I am not sure what was going on starting with the; service - we were served cold corn bread, food was not hot. We ordered crab cakes , calamari and crab bisque. The soup was served and she asked for cracker and the waiter said that the restaurant don’t serve crackers w/soup. If my guest was made aware of the she could have ordered something else. On trays - 2 guests ordered steak both were not cooked as requested. One with peppercorn seasoning and medium well. It came and it was rare w/blood running out when cut. She also orders loaded baked potato. The waiter forgot to bring it. He was reminded twice and he still did not bring it. So near the end of her meal I said something to him and he said he would pack it for her to eat later. She didn’t want to eat later, she wanted it with her meal. Once the steak was cooked again it was too done.
I ordered the salmon with cream spinach. My dinner was served without the spinach and when reminded and it finally was served, it was cold. At the end of our meal we did not order desserts because it just measuring up to standards. The waiter bought out this chocolate cake with ice cream on top with a candle. He told my husband that there were other choices but he selected that one for him . Well if I had known that a birthday dessert was going to be served I would have made the selection, because chocolate is not his favorite. It is cheesecake.
I am wrong this because I would like very much for the manager and my choice was Wildfire, I see know with the(301) 681-8378, cell (301) 518-9229.
Wildfire is never a disappointment! I suggested Wildfire as the best, most convenient place in Tysons for a business lunch. My business colleague had never been there and you now have a new fan! Thanks, Alan
Food is never better than ok, no matter what we order
I have been to this restaurant many times. This time they seemed to be very disorganized from the reception desk to the kitchen. Waiter was new, but was very good and really tried to resolve the issues. Main course arrived within minutes after the salads.....we need to eat salads 1st and not feel rushed. Actually that would be the best way to explain the evening.....Rushed!!!
Our server Raul was attentive and professional. He took great care of us. The food was excellent, my 79+ parents were impressed. Thank you.
The staff provided excellent customer service. Our food order was taken promptly, all the specials for the day presented and explained well. The food was delicious, especially the cornbread. Recommending WildFire to all my friends.
Very good service, food and atmosphere. Great recommendations by wait staff.
Wildfire is my "go to" place in Tysons, its always reliable for service and quality!
Great food/great atmosphere/ambiance/great service!
My favorite restaurant ... ease of parking, value, service, quality
Had a delicious meal there before a concert this weekend! The salad was fantastic and the burger and chicken special was amazing. Highly recommend!
Good value for a quick business meal. Three courses for $25 is solid for this area.
Great restaurant! Delicious menu - lots of options. Has become my favorite restaurant. The waiters give wonderful service. Can’t wait to go back! If you haven’t tried it, you are missing a treat!
A great place to celebrate my wife's birthday. The Halibut was superb. Peter, our waiter, was a professional - I don't say that very often anymore.
Excellent food and service. We had the macadamia crusted halibut and the salmon. Both were very good choices. The kale and spinach salad was very good.
If it wasn’t in a mall, they’d be unable to charge what they do for food.
Good spot for some prime rib
Wildfire is a great restaurant. They do everything exceptionally well.
Took my dad here for Father’s Day and the food was excellent. Place was a bit noisy and the server was extremely obnoxious and quite frankly, annoying as ever. That took away from our dining experience honestly.
Consistently top notch.
