Lou Lou’s Bistro + Foster’s Bar began around a table with good food, friends, and dogs.Scott spent his life in kitchens, from Richmond to Jackson Hole, learning from talented chefs and discovering his love for creating food that brings people together. Wesley’s path is rooted in interior design and hospitality; she believes how a room feels matters just as much as what is on the table.We wanted a space that felt like a neighborhood gathering place—somewhere to grab a drink upstairs, meet friends for dinner downstairs, or celebrate a special occasion.Our dogs inspired the concepts. Lou Lou, our spirited French Bulldog, inspired the downstairs Bistro—bold, charming, and full of personality. Foster, our laid-back Aussie mix, lends his easygoing nature to the upstairs bar, a place for lingering conversations and relaxed evenings.Whether you are here for dinner, drinks, or just passing through, we hope you feel right at home.
