We’ve been to Tamarine several times, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent, and we always have a wonderful time.

Absolutely loved our experience at Avenida! We ordered the beef kare-kare, lechon kawali, and tortang talong, and every single dish made us feel right at home. Honestly, this is some of the best Filipino food we’ve tried in the Bay Area! Everything was so flavorful and really hit the spot. The lechon kawali was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right, the kare-kare had the perfect balance of vegetables and meat, and the tortang talong was absolutely delicious! The serving sizes were generous, too, so we ended up taking home leftovers, and we were more than happy to have more to enjoy later. The service was great as well! Ryan was our server, and he made sure we were well taken care of. Even though we were seated outdoors, the staff made sure we were comfortable and accommodated. Our food also arrived in just 15 minutes, which was impressively fast considering everything we ordered! It’s not always easy to find Filipino food that truly reminds you of home, but Avenida definitely delivered. Great food, generous portions, and excellent service. We’ll absolutely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone craving delicious, comforting Filipino food. ❤️

The food was delightfully good . The experience was very good. It is best if you seat at the bar. If you are given a table you miss out on a better experience. You are treated like an island detached from the whole experience.
