Wonderful experience at Morningbirds. Decor was inviting and unique. Service was top notch. We dined for brunch and enjoyed everybite. Our party had the shrimp and grits, blueberry granola French toast, chicken and French toast, American omlette with turkey sausage and angel eggs for the table. Everything was flavorful, well seasoned and the portions were just right. The only call out is the turkey sausage has an interesting texture and the tasted like a Slim Jim. My dad ordered it with his omelet and didn't care for it. The angel eggs were so yummy. They had a hint of pesto (I think) in the filling and were topped with a generous bacon sliver and a mini crawfish. We all said we would order 2 for the table next time. There was a large party next to us celebrating a birthday and the kitchen managed everything perfectly and didn't seem to get backed up. We will be back soon to try the famous cinnamon rolls. We saw several tables order them and they looked divine. Probably one of the better brunch experiences we have had in a while. Pricing seemed average to a bit high but the quality of the ingredients seemed to justify the pricing. Go give them a try. You will enjoy it. We will be back

I went here to celebrate my birthday! From the music, to the waitress to the drinks and the food was AMAZING! Me and my husband both agreed that Sapphire would be our number one date spot!
