The Dysart is always a joy to visit. Barney and the team consistently deliver a wonderful experience from the welcome and service to the food and drink. Our dinner was superb, every element combining beautifully with the others. We shall return.

Gorgeous food prepared by full-time catering students, a fabulous treat. Bargain price for the tasting menu. There’s a limited selection of wines which are all priced at £20 a bottle, they also have a bar with the main brands of spirits. Servers are other students or staff. The dining room is not quite 5* but you can hardly expect that given its location. We really hoped the brigade would come and take a bow at the end of the meal but unless they did that after we left, they didn’t. A great experience.
