Plan accordingly. There are at least 8 courses. Although each is small, you will get full. Plan accordingly, again. This is an event. Go there to enjoy the story and the food. Sat at the bar and enjoyed an amazing meal. As it was on the later side, I skipped the appetizer and went right to the entree of short ribs with glazed carrots and potato puree. The ribs were fork tender and delicious, the potato purée creamy and buttery, and the carrots perfectly cooked. The entree was followed up by a comforting flan for dessert. My server Jason was very knowledgeable and made outstanding recommendations about both food and drink.
