Fins and Scales, from the team at Sushi By Bou, is an authentic Omakase experience, meant to be the perfect bridge between the ultimate foodie experience and Jewish life. We utilize the highest quality fish available, and seasoned sushi chefs, to create an experience that is truly one of a kind. This exclusive Omakase features an intimate Sushi Bar with only 8 seats, where your 75-minute timed experience takes you through the luxury of a traditional Japanese Omakase in the warmth of a Chabad house. Fins and Scales is a Suggested Donation culinary experience. While we suggest a donation of $150 per person, guests can pay what they want, or feel comfortable with. Our mission is to bring our community together through the shared experience of an intimate dinner party. Any donation is welcome, and everyone is invited! We are certified by the Chabads which house us. Our Omakase features only fish, includes no meat or dairy products, and is strictly supervised for its Kosher status.
