Open Tuesday to Sunday with food served all day from noon.We now have 3 Giant heated Tipis, they provide lots of fresh air and a lovely open environment, they are also heated.Formerly an 18th Century farmhouse boasting exposed beams, oak floors, exposed brickwork and oak tables. This leads to a very relaxed and cosy atmosphere with candle lit tables and real flame stoves.The cuisine is typically modern European, classically cooked using cornerstones such as stock pots to create their sauces with a brigade that has a passion for what they do. This is exciting times for the pub which now has a new bar serving real ale straight from the cask. Be sure to check out the website regularly to keep up with the latest events and offers.

    Another wonderful meal at the Fig Tree. This is Michelin-star dining without the star! We were 6 and had the 6 course menu plus bottles of bubbly, white and red wine. All were delicious.

    We had a really nice meal. Friendly atmosphere, our waitress was lovely and the food was to a high standard.

    Fourth time of visiting this year. There were 4 of us this time, we were welcomed at the door and showed to our table promptly, waitress was very attentive, we ordered the 2 lamb shank and 2 braised beef, food arrived within 10 minutes all four meals were cooked excellently, had a couple of drinks and dessert. Overall excellent service and would really recommend trying this restaurant.

    Pubs are struggling these days and yet ones such as the Abergavenny Arms are lovely places to visit. Great burger, excellent service, just needs more people to support a great pub. Visit now!!!
