Chef Paul Friedman is a Master Chef with over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry. His culinary journey has taken him across South Africa, Germany, and the United States.Paul began his career as a restaurant manager and steadily rose through the ranks to become a franchise owner and later Director of Operations.
