Nuestra experiencia en El Cielo fue excelente de principio a fin. Los platos del menú de degustación estaban muy bien seleccionados y cada uno tenía una explicación interesante que hacía que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Todos los platos estuvieron deliciosos, el servicio fue impecable y el personal hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bien atendidos durante toda la velada. Además, esta fue la primera experiencia de nuestro hijo de 11 años con un menú de degustación, y no pudimos haber elegido un mejor lugar para introducirlo a este tipo de gastronomía. Salimos del restaurante muy satisfechos y con ganas de regresar. Sin duda, una experiencia altamente recomendable. Lamentamos no haber podido coincidir con el Chef Juan Manuel pero esperamos poder hacerlo en una próxima ocasión.
