Fore Street fue inaugurado en junio de 1996 en la zona del puerto viejo de Portland. El interior rodea un hogar único de ladrillo y esteatita con horno de leña, parrilla y asador giratorio visible desde la mayoría de las mesas. La buena comida debe recorrer la distancia más corta posible entre la granja y la mesa.
