At Maru, the meeting of cultures is rooted in tradition and expressed through craft. Perched above Tampa Bay, this rooftop cocktail bar brings together the bold, bright flavors of Peru with the finesse of Japanese technique. From cocktails that highlight Peru's national spirit - Pisco - to sips that pull in the familiar flavors of Japan, each beverage reflects the depth and balance that define the Nikkei experience. Vibrant ceviches and some of the world's best caviar, complement the cocktails while an extensive champagne list allows you to toast the night. As the sun dips below the horizon and the city lights flicker on, Maru shifts into an intimate, magnetic space. Sleek lines, open air, and a sense of occasion set the tone. Whether savoring caviar, raising a glass, or discovering something entirely new, the experience invites you to slow down, connect, and take it all in.
