Clark and Schwenk, friends over the years, discussed starting a place of their own and traded ideas over what the menu would be like. Finally, at the beginning of 2007, they felt ready to strike out on their own and made that vision happen. “I looked around Atlanta and saw a need for a really good old-school restaurant,” Clark says. That restaurant would become C&S Oyster Bar, specializing in classic New York and Paris brasserie-style cuisine. Clark possesses a passion for French cuisine and claims that it comes from the French’s appreciation for balance.     Overall, pretty good experience. When we arrived, our table was already prepared with menus and waiting for us. The customer service was pretty good all the way around. The host was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Our server was attentive and friendly. Even as we exited, the staff were friendly. The food was good overall, though we had an issue with the buns for the sandwiches that were ordered being toasted too hard. However, it was immediately rectified. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Overall, pretty good experience!

    We went for the Lobster Fest menu. Got the combo meal ( lobster, salmon and shrimp) and shared it together with additional side salad and broccoli sides. It was delicious and more than enough for my wife and I. We even took some broccoli and biscuits back home to eat later. I certainly enjoyed it and recommend you try the Lobster Fest before it goes away. Several other lobster menu options are available. Thank you Red Lobster.

    Was very busy because of Valentine’s Day but the staff was very polite and got us seated faster then they said we did make a reservation on this app and still had to wait because obviously it was busy and Valentine’s Day but overall the service was great and got us taken care of
